Introduction to Two-way Radio Communications

This class will provide an introduction and overview of licensed and license free means of personal two-way communications for both voice and data. We will cover CB (Citizens Band), FRS (Family Radio Service), GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service), MURS (Multi User Radio Service), Meshtastic, and amateur radio. We will also discuss other radio services such as Maritime, Public Safety, and Aviation, if there is interest. The last hour is optional and will involve practical operations on the amateur radios of the MARK (MakeICT Amateur Radio Club) station KS0ICT.
