This class will teach participants how to use the 80 watt CO2 laser cutter at MakeICT. We will be using the LightBurn software to create and cut a simple project.

Participants will learn the capabilities of the laser cutter, machine and material safety, and operation of the machine in Cartesian (flat) mode. All participants will complete a small project to practice running the machine.

Please bring a USB flash drive if you have one. Completion of this class grants the necessary authorization to use the laser cutter.
