Inkscape Design Basics

Want to create/modify designs for the 2D CNC equipment at MakeICT? This class will teach the most common tools you will use in Inkscape, a powerful and open-source vector graphics editing program. We will focus on the elements critical to working with our 2D CNC equipment (Laser cutters, vinyl cutter, etc.). We will cover drawing tools, combining shapes, stroke and fill settings, converting file types, and more. Basic computer skills are needed for this class.
