Do you have a boring dark t-shirt that needs... something? It obviously needs a Wichita flag!
For this event you'll bring dark clothing items and we'll screenprint a 12" single color (white) Wichita flag on them. Shirts, hoodies, dresses, pants, bandanas, bags, use your imagination! The print looks great on colors like medium blue. Fabrics that are really thin, wrinkly or ribbed don't work as well but we'll try anything.
Cost for this event is depends on the number of shirts you want to bring: for 1-3 shirts it's $8 for members, $13 for non-members. Bring additional shirts for $3 each. Registration is required. This is a come-and-go event so we'll try to recommend a few times so not everyone has to show up at 7 and wait. After we print your items you'll need to take them home and throw them in a dryer on high for 30 minutes so the ink sets and doesn't wash out.
This is not a full-on screenprinting class where you learn the details of making your own screens, but it will be fun to watch and you might learn a little bit. It is totally okay to bring a few friends, kids, or family members to hang out and watch!
