Join professional chef and knife sharpener Jeremiah Harvey for this workshop on how to sharpen and care for blades.
Bring in one knife (up to 10") or pair of scissors (up to 5") for a demonstration. Chef Harvey will do the sharpening and talk through his process. He'll explain the tools of the trade, and share tips for the care and feeding of all things that cut. You will leave with knowledge and a sharper blade.
