In this class we will use inkscape to design decorative six-pointed snowflakes, then use the laser cutter to cut them out.
First hour: Fine-tune your inkscape skills by learning about the path tool, grids, alignment, rotation, insets, shape unions and symmetry and refresh your knowledge of the laser cutter.
Second hour: Scraps will be used for cutting, or you can bring in your own media.
We will operate the laser cutter for you if you are not authorized.
