The MakeICT board of directors would like to invite you to the 2016 MakeICT Annual Meeting to be held on Monday, June 13 from 5:30 to 7pm followed by a potluck-style hangout at the makerspace.

The agenda will include voting in new board members, a brief year-in-review, and any discussion requested by the membership. This meeting notice also serves as an invitation to begin nominating board members for the 2016-2017 term. Officer and at-large director positions are up for election every year, and due to the 3-year term limit, we have two board members who are not eligible for re-election, so we need members to step up. You may nominate yourself or any other member in good standing from now until June 6, which is one week prior to the annual meeting. At that time, nominees will be notified and given a chance to accept their nomination. We hope to see all positions with at least two nominees.
